This notice explains what happens when you use the subscription or contact forms on this draft Hing Hoi website.
Who is responsible
Hing Hoi is an independent project by Anawat Meepien. For privacy questions or requests, email anawatmeepien@gmail.com.
What we collect and why
- Hing Hoi subscription: your email address and your selected preference—product news and event updates, product news only, or event updates only—used to send the updates you request.
- Contact: your subject, message, and reply address, used only to read and respond to your enquiry.
Contact enquiries remain separate from subscriptions.
How the forms work
The website currently opens a prepared message in your own email application. Nothing is sent until you choose Send. The website itself does not operate an automated form database.
Storage and service providers
If you send the prepared email, it is delivered through your email provider to a Google-hosted Gmail account. Those providers may process technical and message data, including across borders, under their own privacy terms. Messages may remain in the recipient mailbox until they are no longer needed for the stated purpose or you ask for deletion.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you sent, change your subscription preference, or unsubscribe entirely by emailing the address above. We will respond as reasonably possible and subject to applicable obligations.
External resources
This draft loads fonts from Google Fonts and photographs from Unsplash. When those files load, those services may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details under their own policies. We do not currently use advertising cookies or an analytics service on this page.
Changes and review
We may update this notice as the project and its data practices develop. This draft should receive qualified privacy review before a final commercial release.
